Care Instructions

We hope you love your Heather Taylor Home pieces forever. To that end, here are our recommendations for the very best care. Please pre-treat any stains. Machine wash with like colors in cold water using the delicate cycle. Tumble on low, hand or lay flat to dry (ideal for masks). Please note, machine drying may cause minor shrinkage. Dry cleaning is optional but not necessary. If you choose to iron, please do so on low heat.

Fabric by the Yard

The cost for purchasing fabric by the yard is $125 per yard and we require a minimum of 5 yards. Our lead time for custom orders is between 6 – 8 weeks. To place your order with our production we ask for a deposit of 50% upfront. Additionally, there will be a shipping fee, unless you are located in the area and want to come by our store and pick it up. Please note that our production is limited to a width of 31.5”.

Rentals Discontinued

Thank you for thinking of HTH for your event! Due to these uncertain times, we are no longer offering rentals at this time. We would love to assist you in purchasing linens for your celebration and are available via phone Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm PST at 323-305-4343.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Overview

Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. Tracking information is located at the bottom of your order confirmation email. If items in your order are out of stock or backordered, we will get in touch to let you know when your items are expected to ship. Packages exceeding our average shipping weight may be subject to additional charges. Shipping costs, fees, taxes, duties and customs may vary.

We ship domestic orders through UPS for a flat rate of $10. We provide free shipping on orders over $200 placed within the U.S. We also offer free curbside pickup at our Westwood Shop located at 1101 Glendon Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024.

We ship international orders through DHL. We ship internationally to Canada for approximately $25 USD. We ship internationally to Europe for approximately $40 USD. We ship internationally to Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand for approximately $50 USD. Shipping costs, fees, taxes, duties and customs may vary.

Please note that customs fees and/or import duties may apply to international orders. Without exception, these costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Supplemental international shipping charges apply to certain items such as pillows and bedding.

We appreciate your patience as we fulfill all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Please also note that many domestic and international shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 workplace safety precautions and a high volume of orders.

Returns

We hope that you love your HTH goods, but if you must return or exchange any item, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition, with the original invoice included in the return package. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective. Please contact us by emailing info@heathertaylorhome.com or calling us at 323.305.4343 to initiate a return.

We only accept returns within two weeks for items that are in perfect condition. As soon as we receive the return, we will process your refund and send you the confirmation. Please include your original invoice in your return package and send to the following address:
