Handle your linens with care. Each piece will get softer with washing. Machine wash cold and delicate with like colors and tumble dry in low heat, hang or lay flat. You may also hand-wash or dry clean.
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. However, if items in your order are out of stock or backordered, we will get in touch to let you know when your items are expected to ship. We ship most domestic orders through USPS and provide free shipping on orders over $200 placed within the U.S. In order to protect your purchase, we require a signature on all shipments over $200 and all orders shipped to Brooklyn and San Francisco. Unless otherwise specified by the customer at check out, we will ship with signature confirmation. By choosing to not require a signature, the customer assumes all responsibility in the event of theft or lost shipment.
We hope that you love your HTH goods, but if you must return or exchange any item,
we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective. Please contact us for a return authorization number.
