I’m so excited to debut my latest collaboration with my longtime friend, Clare Vivier! We designed this capsule collection of beautiful bags, clothing, and accessories to bring some LA sunshine into your summer wardrobe.

Clare and I have talked about doing a collab forever and it took a global pandemic for us to sit down and make it happen. The quality and designs of her handbags have inspired me since she first launched her line – to this day CV are the only bags I carry.

We started chatting about how cute it would be to do a line of her bags in our gingham patterns, an idea we both instantly loved. There are many perfect chic summer bags in the resulting collection, from fanny packs to totes and an “arts and craft” inspired bag. The whole collection has me dreaming of long beach days.

In addition to reflecting our decades long friendship, we wanted this collaboration to marry the best of both our Southern California brands. We’ve combined Clare V.’s signature graphics and shapes with the vivid ginghams of our Heather Taylor Home linens in 16 beautiful and bright pieces. 

While designing our collection, Clare and I were inspired by the pattern play explored when setting a table with linens. We matched classic ginghams in poppy red, lavender, warm yellows, and deep blues with hand-drawn lettering that reads Bon Vivante, Savoir Faire, and Je Ne Sais Quoi for a little touch of French girl chic!

Some of my favorite pieces from this collection include the navy napa leather Craft Bag, gingham Grande Fanny, and patchwork Giant Marine bag. I also love all the cute clothing we’ve created, including a fun hoodie, sweatshorts, and fisherman’s hat. These pieces feel quintessentially Californian to me—sun-soaked and eternally optimistic for the season ahead!
