Heather Taylor Home is searching for an enthusiastic and self-starting Ecommerce Manager. This role will work closely with the Retail and Creative team to build an impactful and optimized user experience on The ideal candidate has an interest in the home decor retail space and a passion for the HTH brand and values. 

This is an LA based opportunity only. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website layout in WordPress / WooCommerce to create best user experience
  • Ensure the Heather Taylor Home website and mobile best represents brand aesthetic
  • Manage and sync in-store and online inventory via two POS / CMS systems
  • Set up discounts, promotions, products and categories in both POS systems
  • Utilize Google and Web Analytics to create reports and make strategic updates based on data

Preferred Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of SEO – Ensuring product names, keywords, and attributes are searchable
  • Product Description Copywriting
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
  • Experience operating POS and Inventory Management software
  • Data Analysis skills – Google Analytics / WooCommerce Analytics
  • Web Design Knowledge – Layout, UX
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced, and ever evolving environment

Social Media & Email Marketing Manager | Los Angeles, CA

Heather Taylor Home is searching for a creative and collaborative Social Media & Email Marketing Manager. This role will work alongside the Creative team to represent the HTH brand through community engagement, content development, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in social media management and has a strong creative judgment. This person will report to our Brand Manager.

This is an LA based opportunity only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development
    • Build an email & social media calendar that reflects our brand while tapping into seasonal moments and adapting to current and topical trends
    • Use brand image and video content across email & social channels – Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Yelp
    • Create mobile video content (TikTok and IG Reels)
    • Assist with photoshoots and getting BTS footage 
  • Post daily content
  • Create weekly blog posts on Heather Taylor Home website
  • Design and send email newsletters through Klaviyo promoting products, sales, and new brand collaborations
  • Community Engagement
    • Reply to comments, engage with messages, and enhance the customer experience
  • Reporting & Strategy
    • Report regularly on performance and engagement and strategize on how to improve through these findings. 
    • Develop organic social media testing plans to optimize engagement

Preferred Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • Passionate about the home design space
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, written communication, and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Instagram business analytics.

Heather Taylor Home is seeking a Warehouse Clerk, the primary point of contact in the fulfillment of all eCommerce orders for our rapidly growing business. playing a key role into our customer’s experience the moment they first open their package. The ideal candidate has an intuitive sense of elegance and precision and will immediately report any issues with a product. Attention to detail, accuracy, and maintaining efficiency are important qualities for success in this position. We are looking for someone to bring energy and positivity to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the shipping department
  • Coordinating with customer service team to identify defects, abnormalities and inefficiencies
  • Maintain, monitor and re-order shipping supplies as needed
  • Provide a positive and personalized level experience for our customers
  • Audit inventory on a regular basis to maintain accurate inventory counts
  • assisting our team with inventory management

Skills and Proficiencies

  • Positive, professional, and friendly
  • Proficient working with Mac OS, Google Drive, and Excel
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce and/or Vend POS is preferred, but not required
